We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours; however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. Unless otherwise stated, all product images are for illustration purposes only as all products are handmade to order, therefore some minor differences may be found.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. Risk of loss for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items by the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to such information and to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
JC Leathercrafts will not be liable for any errors made by the customer when providing their delivery address so all customers are advised to check their delivery address carefully before submitting their order.
BESPOKE ORDERS
Where JC Leathercrafts is asked by a Customer to create a product to personal specifications or measurements JC Leathercrafts:
- a) will not be able to offer a refund on the item once the order is placed should the Customer change their mind in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
- b) is not responsible for any mistake made by the Customer with regards to the information they provide to JC Leathercrafts, including but not restricted to measurements, text and colours.
- c) reserves the right not to accept an Order for a Bespoke item if it is of the opinion that the product cannot be made to the required standard due to the requests made by the Customer.
