FAQ's
All of JC Leathercrafts products are made to order. Once an order has been made, products will usually be dispatched within 14 working days of receipt of the order (sooner where practicably possible) unless any of the following circumstances apply:
- JC Leathercrafts has clearly indicated on the product description what the current dispatch times are for the product.
- Where a product is being made to the customer’s personal specifications/personalisation request.
- JC Leathercrafts is experiencing a high volume of orders for customised leather products. You will be notified of any delay if/when you place an order.
JC Leathercrafts is happy to discuss any bespoke orders or personalisation requests. Please email us BEFORE placing an order so we can let you know if it is manageable.
An order can be changed or cancelled prior to production; if you really need to change your order, please ensure you email us quickly, as once J.C. Leathercrafts starts processing your order, it will not be possible to change your order after this point.
For personalised and bespoke orders, please make sure all text, colours and spelling etc. are correct, as we will copy exactly as you send it. Once you have placed your order no changes can be made.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at present. This is, however, something we are looking into.
We accept all major debit and credit cards via our third-party payment gateway (stripe). You do not need to have a Stripe account to be able to purchase from us.
Due to our items being made to order, we cannot offer returns unless items are faulty.
If you do have an issue with your item (outside of a fault) We will work with you to try and come to a satisfactory solution. Please email us: [email protected] Customer pays return postage costs.
We cannot take responsibility for any incorrect shipping address filled on the site. Please ensure you check your completed address to make sure it is deliverable.

Timeframes for dispatch and delivery are likely to vary at busy times of year not limited or restricted to Christmas, sale time, promotional periods or any other time or occasion throughout the year.
Items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or 1st Class. We strongly advise you to choose recorded delivery as J.C. Leathercrafts will not be held responsible for items lost in the post. This is something you must take up with Royal Mail.
Sometimes we send out % off vouchers to our customers. These are one time use vouchers as a thank you from us.
Please make sure to check the expiration date as your voucher will not work after this date.
